Good day,
We’re pleased to share that a new deployment has just been released. Here’s a summary of the improvements we’ve implemented to support your work:
General Improvements
- Automatic VGM- Not running for canceled/ declined bookings. Improved functionality
- Shipping Instructions confirmed: Also automatically updating to confirmed when email is sent to carrier.
- Labelling: Carrier release, Customs release within Track And Trace is not affecting ‘Container on Ship’ status.
- EXA: Inland Transport Identity, Border Transport identity: Sent in capital letters to prevent technical rejection by customs
Export Booking Module
Widget: Rolled Bookings.
A booking is considered rolled when it has been reassigned by the carrier to a later sailing schedule without a corresponding amendment request from the shipper.
This can be filtered per company, and on Shipping Period ( date/time field step 1)
Adjust booking: Assign trucking company when updating amount of containers
When adjusting the number of containers via “Adjust Booking,” the trucking company is automatically assigned to the transport order based on the previously assigned transport order. As a result, no manual update of the trucking company is required when
changing container quantities.
