Improved Overviews
We’ve updated and refactored the overviews to provide a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience.
These improvements include:
- Enhanced performance for quicker loading and navigation
- A refreshed and more user‑friendly layout
- Clearer structure to help you find information faster
To help you get familiar with the updated design, a visual tour will automatically appear after your first login.
This guided tour walks you through the new overviews and highlights the latest functionalities.

Export – Booking Module
- Automatic Transport Module: We identified a bug where the automatic transport was triggered again after confirmation. This has been promptly fixed to ensure smoother operations for you.
- Download Excel reports: We have been noticed that duplicate rows were appearing in exported data. This issue has been addressed and promptly fixed.
- Enhanced Validation for Shipper Date in Step 1
We’ve introduced a new validation to ensure data accuracy and prevent delays in the carrier booking confirmation process. The date/time field in Step 1, whether provided through the order API (Shipper date) or entered manually, will now require:
• The Shipper date must always be earlier than the vessel’s ETD (Estimated Time of Departure).This improvement ensures more consistent data quality and reduces the risk of processing delays at the carrier side
Create Synchronize button: You’ll now find a ‘Synchronize’ button within the order, allowing you to manually update your ERP system whenever needed, giving you more flexibility.
Validation ‘Empty pickup to the ETD’: As a Super user, you can now set a validation for the number of days between the empty pick-up date and the ETD. This setting can be easily managed within ‘MySettings’ to better fit your workflow.
Track and Trace- Visibility tool
Improvements: We addressed an issue where a ‘Container mismatch’ error sometimes appeared due to differences in container types.
