Release note #10

06-07-2026

Good day,

We’re pleased to announce the latest platform update. This release introduces new automation capabilities for Shipping Instructions, enhancements to transport order communication, dashboard improvements, stronger security, and a number of bug fixes.

Carrier Connections

CMA CGM: Booking Requests Now Sent via EDI

Booking requests to CMA CGM are now sent via EDI (IFTMBF), with confirmations and declines received via IFTMBC.

This replaces the previous integration approach and delivers a more standardized and robust communication flow, while serving as an intermediate step toward the upcoming DCSA standard.

ONE: ICS2 Shipping Instructions (IFTMIN)

Shipping Instructions sent to ONE now include required ICS2 (Import Control System 2) data for EU customs compliance.

This ensures shipments meet EU regulatory requirements and reduces the risk of customs delays.

VGM: Sent via Customer INTTRA Account

VGM messages are now routed through the same INTTRA account used for booking requests and Shipping Instructions, including the correct partner alias per customer.

Previously, VGM messages were sent via a separate internal account, which required additional routing logic.

This improvement ensures:

  • Consistent message routing per customer setup
  • Simplified integration logic
  • Improved traceability across message flows

Track & Trace

Improved Status Progression When Departure Data Is Missing

For Track & Trace orders where carriers do not provide an actual vessel departure date, the system can now advance the status to “Container on Ship” based on the actual container-loaded date.

This prevents orders from remaining stuck in “Container in Pre-carriage” when departure data is incomplete or unavailable.

Export & Customs

EXA: Vessel Transport Fields Auto-Populated

The following EXA customs declaration fields are now automatically populated based on the vessel linked to the order schedule:

  • Inland Transport Identity
  • Border Transport Identity
  • Border Transport Nationality

This reduces manual input and helps prevent DMS validation errors caused by missing vessel data.

These fields remain fully editable when manual adjustments are required.

CVO: Consignee Address Fully Populated

The Certificate of Origin (CVO) request now correctly includes the full consignee address in the “Additional address lines consignee” field.

This resolves an issue where parts of the address were previously omitted during initial load or when using the Refill function.

Transport & Milestones

BCTN: Net Weight Sent as Numeric Value

Transport orders sent to BCTN (Modality) now transmit net weight as a numeric value instead of formatted text with thousands separators.

This resolves processing issues on the BCTN side and ensures more reliable data exchange.

Demurrage & Detention: Live Estimated Days Calculation

When a Demurrage & Detention start milestone is marked as actual but the corresponding planned end milestone is missing, estimated days are now calculated dynamically using the current date.

This provides a real-time view of exposure until the planned milestone becomes available.

  • Estimated days: dynamically updated
  • Actual days (KPI reporting): unchanged

Notifications

Configurable ETD/ETA Change Thresholds

Notification settings now support configurable thresholds for schedule changes.

You can define:

  • How many hours or days an ETD or ETA must shift
  • Whether the change is earlier or later
  • Notification recipients per role

This provides more control over when alerts are triggered and reduces unnecessary notifications.
